作为大会特邀嘉宾我院院长、手术室主任李波与众多大牌医生，更有来自意大利、泰国、韩国、日本多个国家的医生学者一起，以专题报告、疑难病例讨论、手术视频演示等多种形式对肛肠领域的新进展，学术热点，临床难点进行探讨和交流。

　　我院院长是“痔科国宝”陆琦医生的得意门生，全国中医肛肠学科著名医生、曾获得中华中医药学会肛肠分会授予的“专业医生工作室”称号，在国家及浙江省肛肠学会都有重要任职。田院长医技高超、誉满全国，在此次学术交流大会上获“百强专业医生勋章”、“百强科技人才”荣誉。

　　李波主任是我院青年医生之一，也是我院院长的得意弟子。自2008年以来一直在我院手术室工作，认真勤勉、方法精湛，在痔、瘘、裂、脱等肛门疾病领域有自己独特的处理方式及理念，深受患者好评。此次大会，李波主任凭借“混合痔外剥内扎+注射术”，荣获2019年中国中医药研究促进会肛肠分会手术视频奖。

Since 2008 have been working in our hospital operating room, industry, skilled, and seriously in hemorrhoid and fistula, anal diseases such as crack, field has its own unique processing method and idea, well received by patients.
